Damaged or Defective Items
We do our best to package and protect our items during shipping. However, if the item you receive is damaged or defective in any way, you have 30 days to let us know, and we will issue either a full refund, or a replacement, as soon as we receive the damaged item back for verification.
Returns For Any Other Reason
Items may be exchanged for another product of equal value for up to 30 days from the time the order was placed. However the customer must pay all shipping and handling fees associated with this process. Items may also be returned in exchange for a store credit of equal value.
Items which a customer would like to return for a refund will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Customers will also be responsible for all shipping charges. No refund can be made until the original item is received. We strongly recommend that you purchase shipping insurance on any returns made, as damaged items can not be accepted for a refund.
